Ben has over five years of experience in the legal industry, and his previous practice experience has allowed him to become well-versed in estate planning tools and strategies. During that time, he assisted numerous clients to develop comprehensive estate plans that fit their individual needs and goals. Ben takes pride in guiding clients with ensuring that the necessary planning details are in order for the smooth, eventual administration of their wishes.

Ben facilitates the process for individuals seeking to appoint Solus Trust in any of our offered fiduciary roles. In this process, he works collaboratively with law firms, investment-advisory firms, accounting firms, charitable organizations, and seniors’ organizations. Ben holds a law degree from the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Trinity Western University.
