Samantha Russell

Samantha Russell is a dedicated trust and estate planning professional at Solus Trust Company. Her work focuses on helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of estate planning, trust structuring, and estate administration with clarity, compassion, and precision.

Samantha consults with clients on the preparation of comprehensive estate plans, including executor solutions, trustee support, and powers of attorney for property. Samantha earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia in 2014 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2018. She was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2019 and has since built a reputation for thoughtful, client-focused legal counsel in the estate planning field.
